Walking alongside women of all ages and families with compassion, authenticity, and purpose in a warm, nonjudgmental space.
About Rickiecia
Reaching out for support is a courageous first step, and it matters to me that you feel heard, valued, and empowered from the moment you arrive. I am passionate about walking alongside women of all ages and families as they navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and purpose.
My style is person-centered and collaborative. Using narrative and strengths-based approaches, we will explore your story together — honoring what you have been through, building on what is already strong in you, and working toward meaningful, lasting change. I also bring experience supporting clients through trauma, career and life transitions, and moments of crisis.
I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling and practice as a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Mackenzie Benson, LMFT.
